Albury Wodonga Leaders’ Lunch: Navigating a dynamic energy landscape

3 April 2019

In August 2018, the Energy Efficiency Council (EEC) and the Trans-Tasman Business circle released a report: Navigating a dynamic energy landscape: A briefing for Australian businesses. This report states that "the fiduciary responsibility of directors around carbon risk has been highlighted by the Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority, the Australian Securities and Investment Commission and the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures, driving unprecedented levels of disclosure."

Are you across your reporting obligations regarding energy risk?

Join us in Albury Wodonga to hear from our panel of clean energy experts, including:

  • Luke Menzel MAICD, Chief Executive Officer, Energy Efficiency Council
  • Chloe Munro AO, Chair and Professorial Fellow at Monash University; and
  • Margarida Pimentel, Manager Policy and Insights, Mondo Power.

These clean energy experts will share their knowledge on the changes required in the region’s quickly evolving energy sector. Find out, over lunch, what the outlook is for 2019 and beyond, how our panel envision the energy market transforming and how your responsibilities as a director will be impacted.
